Listening Lunch Workshops Full Series (8 Sessions)
Our Listening Lunch online series will cover the basics of JUST Listening over the course of 8 weeks. Every Tuesday from 11:30am-12:30pm, we’ll host a 1-hour online session that introduces foundational concepts for improving communication and tools for practicing better listening in personal and professional relationships.
Participants may choose to register for individual sessions in the series (click the session name below or visit our events page) or register for the full series for a 20% discount. Session topics are listed below.

About Our Rates
JUST Listening offers our services on a sliding scale as an intentional effort to distribute resources equitably between individuals & organizations, regardless of annual budget and income level. We aim to support and strengthen social benefit and strategic movement-building work. Paying at the higher end of the scale the Redistribution rate makes it possible for JUST Listening to work with those with limited income at little to no cost to them and supports volunteer programming for individuals experiencing deep poverty and/or incarceration.

JUST Listening fosters personal, organizational, and social change and transformation through the practice of conscious, intentional, compassionate, non-egoic and non-judgmental communication skills.
JUST Listening is premised upon the beliefs that:
- Being heard empowers the speaker
- People hold the solutions to their own problems within
- Skilled listening is creative, opening up new possibilities for all involved, and
can be - a powerful tool for personal and social change.
- Although rarely consulted or listened to, people on the social margins are the best
- source of information and ideas about the issues facing them.
- Skilled listening is possible only when one is actively cultivating self-awareness
and - regular habits of reflection.
